Getting Started

Set Up

​We will meet with you to understand how your business operates and identify any specific requirements. The system will be set up completely by HLS to meet your needs. Menus will be customized for each of your staff members.

Transition to HLS

​We will set up a step by step documented procedure, so that your transition to the HLS System will be as smooth as possible. Data can be imported from your existing accounting system. We will work with your administration staff to ensure all data has been moved and set up correctly.

Training

We will train your administration and operation staff on the day to day operation of the system. We will also completely train your staff on all procedures such as billing, payroll, operator settlements, payment receipts, payables, bank reconciliation and month end functions.
